Riceviamo e pubblichiamo un intervento di Angelo Gentilini sulle problematiche legate allo sciopero indetto dalla Cgil per il 6 settembre. Credo sia una sintesi perfetta che fotografa al meglio i rapporti di forza creatisi nel nostro paese e le profonde indecisioni e titubanze del Partito Democratico eternamente indeciso tra riformismo e, concedetemi il termine, inciucismo.
Mi permetto di aggiungere al valido testo di Angelo un pensiero: un partito riformista deve avere una visione alta della politica e della proposta conseguente, su queste basi può pensare di conquistare la fiducia dei cittadini. La ricerca del consenso deve partire da idee nuove e non dalla ricerca della comunione con poteri ormai logori che hanno prodotto danni enormi al paese in alleanza con Berlusconi. I dirigenti della Cisl e della Uil hanno collaborato con Berlusconi nella distruzione, come è pensabile cercare il loro consenso? Come è pensabile confonderli con la Cgil? (M.Z.)
Sono molto dispiaciuto che non si colgano pienamente le motivazioni che ha portato tutta la CGIL unita, nell’avvicinarsi la discussione parlamentare sulla manovra d’ agosto, a proclamare uno sciopero generale per il 6 settembre.
In quanto allo spirito e al valore dell’unità sindacale non siamo stati certo noi della CGIL a fare dietro front sull’intesa unitaria sulla riforma del fisco a sostegno del mondo del lavoro e del welfare dal momento che cadde l’ultimo Governo Prodi e si insediò il Governo Berlusconi. Ed ancora non è stata la CGIL a sostenere gli accordi separati per dividere e depotenziare i lavoratori italiani sfruttando la crisi, al contrario di quello che hanno fatto gli altri Paesi europei. Dopo questo escursus storico, sono a ricordare che l’accordo del 28 giugno tra CGIL, CISL,UIL e Confindustria, già conteneva delle forti criticità sul terreno della democrazia partecipativa o diretta dei lavoratori. Ciò nonostante non è stata la CGIL a delegittimarlo ma lo ha fatto questo Governo per mano e voce del Ministro del Lavoro Sacconi inserendo nella manovra d’agosto “ per Decreto “ delle deroghe al Contratto nazionale e alle Leggi vigenti, sostenendo anche la libertà di licenziamento e attaccando l’art 18.
Inoltre è fazioso e strumentale l’indirizzo per offuscare, attraverso le festività del 25 aprile, 1° maggio e 2 giugno, la storia Democratica del nostro Paese. Si dice che serve ad aumentare la produttività, mentre si sa che le quote di mercato si conquistano con la qualità dei prodotti e la storia Fiat in questo caso è proprio l’ esempio doc. in negativo. Ricordo a chi è preoccupato per la quota di solidarietà del 5% chiesta per i redditi sopra i 90.000 euro che a fine anni 70 ai lavoratori veniva redistribuito nelle buste paghe il 74% del PIL, mentre nel 2011 ai lavoratori resta solo il 45% del PIL. Agli evasori, grandi e piccoli, corruttori, riciclatori, appaltatori in nero e caporali, faccio presente che quasi il 90% del gettito fiscale italiano è sostenuto dai lavoratori dipendenti e pensionati e che se si vuol trovare un fondo pensione in rosso si arriva a quello dei Manager e Dirigenti perchè i fondi dei lavoratori sono tutti in regola con i conti e i bilanci.
Caro PD non è sufficiente definirsi di sinistra per conquistare le simpatie dei lavoratori e pensionati. So benissimo che il cambiamento si costruisce con l’unità e la coesione ma deve essere legata a dei valori in etica e morale socio economica, che sono ampiamente sostenuti dalla nostra Costituzione, scritta nel 1948 ma mai applicata interamente a favore delle parti più deboli e numerose della società. Si devono abbandonare le alchimie e le strategie politiche trasversali, per attuare, giorno dopo giorno, delle azioni dirette, chiare e precise che ridiano dignità e rispetto alla politica. Dare un colpo al manico e uno al cesto non paga, anche perchè è nel cesto che ci stanno i tanti, i lavoratori, i giovani e i pensionati, mentre nel manico ci stanno i pochi già ampiamente pagati, tutelati e privilegiati. Se si vuole riformare veramente il nostro Bel Paese in modo strutturale e duraturo occorre convincere, tutelare e rappresentare i tanti che stanno nel cesto e non essere subalterni ai pochi che stanno nel manico e che la sanno raccontare ,detenendo potentissimi strumenti informativi. Proprio per questo e tanto altro non se ne può più e il 6 settembre saremo in tante PIAZZE italiane a lottare a difesa del nostro futuro e per un futuro sostenibile dei nostri figli e nipoti…Che guarda caso stanno tutti nel cesto che nel corso degli anni e della storia è diventato un CESTINO.
